I can't understand how the botanical gardens still having problems with security with all the so called "watch men" stationed around. Is it possible they also getting their peace of the robbery pie?
Something to think about.
People are not really serious about their jobs. I guess if they knew that they could lose it at any instant they would have been on their toes about everything that goes on around them.
