I just had a read of the Guyana Chronicle newspaper.
I doubt i would have to convince a visitor to Guyana that the newspaper is state controlled. I counted 11 Political Advertisements and All 11, most full page are from the ruling party. My innocent mind is trying to make me believe that it's just coincidence and /or the other parties did not pay for any ads.
I love reading the three main papers in Guyana - Stabroek News, Guyana Chronicle and Kaieture News . And even though many persons don't like to read the Guyana Chronicles because of it's aledged proporganda, I read it for the information. But this sort of stuff ... Anyway like i said, let's hope it's just an innocent doing.
